Prattville, Ala. (Oct. 2024) —The Harbor at Hickory Hill is pleased to announce the promotion of Chasity Conaway to Executive Director. With over ten years of experience in healthcare administration, Conaway has been with The Harbor at Hickory Hill since February 2024. She joined The Harbor team as the Business Office Manager and was promoted to the position of Executive Director in October 2024.
Conaway obtained her Associates in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She also attended Prestige Medical Assisting College, becoming a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. After losing her father in 2023 to cancer and vascular dementia, Conaway has become even more passionate about quality of life among the seniors around her.
“My dad is my inspiration and my constant guide in how I care for each resident at The Harbor. I strongly believe that you should treat others how you want to be treated. In this position, I am eager to have the opportunity to work directly alongside our residents, family members and team members, creating the best environment possible,” said Conaway.
Born and raised in Prattville, Conaway and her husband, Carlton, live in Titus with their children, Preston, Logan, Brooklynn and their beloved pets. She loves learning and seeking new ways to help herself and others grow and succeed.
